William “Billy” Elliot Jarvis Jr., age 51, a resident of Pinetown, NC passed away on Monday May 23, 2022.

He was born on September 27, 1970, to the late William and Hazel Wallace Jarvis in Washington, NC.

The family will receive friends at Woodard's Pond Church of Christ on Friday, June 24 from 6:00-8:00pm. The address is 9004 US 264, Washington NC.

Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Service is honored to be assisting the Jarvis family.
