Wilbur Allen Elks, 66, a resident of Kinston, North Carolina passed away on Thursday September 7, 2023 at UNC Lenoir Hospital in Kinston, North Carolina.

Wilbur is preceded in death by his mother, Carol Hall Elks; father, Wilbur Allen Elks; and brother, Curtis Hall Elks. He is survived by his brother, Christopher Wade Elks.

No services are scheduled at this time.
