Tammy Sue Smith age 52 a resident of Washington, NC died Sunday, June 19, 2022 at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

Tammy was born in Belhaven, NC on August 29, 1969 the daughter the late Mack Horace Keech and Reta Wallace Keech. She enjoyed crafts, quilting and working on projects on her computer.

Tammy is survived by her husband: Terry Glenwood Smith of Washington, NC; a sister: Terry Ussery and husband Adam of Pinetown, NC: two brothers: Albert Keech and wife Sherry of Pinetown, NC and Mike Miller and wife Cathy of Blackstone, Virginia.

Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced.

Joseph B. Paul, Jr. Funeral Service of Washington, NC is serving the Smith family.
