My dad was on active duty in the Army so, we didn't have the opportunity to visit very often. My favorite memories of those visits are the Sunday suppers at Granny's. The house was full and kids were running everywhere. It was fun. The tea was sweet, the cabbage was tasty. Everyone pitched in to cook or clean. We all sat down to eat together adults at one table, we kids at another. Whenever I think of the definition of family, that is what I visualize. That is how I will remember Aunt Rose, with her beautiful smile and Uncle Harry by her side. My deepest condolences to Mark, Donna, Harry and Sabrina.
