Ricky Allen Batts age 63, a resident of 6444 Chadwick Road, Elm City , NC died a Vidant Medical Center Tuesday, May 22, 2018.

Ricky was born in Nash County on March 3, 1955 the son of the late Linwood Earl Batts and Joyce Marie Eason Batts.
He is survived by his wife : Linda Simmons of the home; three daughters: Macon Nakia Thompson of Council, NC: Amber Morgan Batts of Wilmington, NC; Tanya Lynn Batts of Elm City, NC; a son: Brent Allen Batts of Wilmington, NC; two sisters: Debra Davis and Pamela Batts both of Tarboro, NC; three brothers: Kenneth Batts of Rocky Mount, NC; Jeff Batts of Virginia; Larry Batts and two grandchildren.
