Phyllis Ann Taylor, 72 of Washington NC passed away on April 17, 2019, after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer.
Phyllis was born in Charleston, SC on January 26th, 1947. She was a loving homemaker, as well as a full-time Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.
She will be eternally loved and forever missed by her three children - Tommy & Heidi Webster of Knoxville, TN, Connie & Wesley Wallace of Pinetown, NC and Tracie & Tommy Molnar of Jamesville, NC. Phyllis served as an amazing inspiration and constant source of love to her children as well as all four of her Grandchildren – Kaylee Dwire, Suzanna Webster, Zachary Wallace and Jacob Webster, as well as her Great-Granddaughter - Chloe Grace Dwire.
Phyllis is survived by her siblings and their spouses – Janice Cecil of IN, Faye Maffeo of FL, Gilbert Barrington of WV, Betty Lou & Kenny Sherrill of NC, Thad & Sue Barrington of TX and Barry & Susan Barrington of FL.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents, James and Alice Barrington of Florida, her brothers Larry Thomas & Jimmy Barrington, and her husband of 24 years Harry Taylor of NC.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, April 19, 2019 at Five Points FWB Church located at 12285 NC-32, Washington, NC 27889 officiated by Pastor David Young. Flowers for the service can be sent directly to the Church.
