Larry Bryan Armstrong age 62, peacefully passed at his home on July 22, 2022 in Bridgeton, NC where he has resided for many years.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 30, 2022 at the Passion Church of God located at 7685 Main St. Vanceboro, NC 28586
Bryan was born in Pamlico County on February 22, 1960 into a large loving family the son of the late Oscar Kenneth Armstrong and Emma Gray Pegram-Armstrong
Bryan was a man of much laughter and light. He knew no stranger and would help anyone at any given time. He was a family man and loved spending time with his grandchildren and family. He had an unwavering love for fishing and the ocean waters. Bryan adored anything to do with trucking and cars and enjoyed bringing laughter and good times to all around him. His humor and kind loving heart will forever be missed by us all. Bryan may not be here in body but his spirit will forever live on.
Bryan is survived by his longtime partner and life love: Sandra Verneman, daughter: Crystal Verneman, six siblings; Donald E Armstrong (Lori), Joseph M Armstrong (Susan), Michael L Armstrong (Teresa), Audrey Kaye Jones, Janet Marie Hart and Brenda Gayle Armstrong Montezuma (Mario) and two grandchildren Madyson (Butterbean) and Jackson. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by five siblings: Kenneth Earl Armstrong, Oral Keith Armstrong, Emma Louise Armstrong- Gaskins, Anna Faye Baker and Peggy Sue Armstrong.
