Lacy C. Williams III age 80 a resident of Gaston, SC died Monday, December 7, 2020.

A private graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Pamlico Memorial Gardens in Washington, NC.

Mr. Williams was born on August 11, 1940 the son of the late Lacy Caleb Williams, Jr. and Mary Davenport Williams.
He was a retired construction contractor and business owner. He enjoyed fishing, car racing, nature and watching wildlife. Lacy enjoyed spending time with his family and friends good conversation and sharing of memories.

He is survived his children: Lacy Caleb Williams IV and wife: Rita of Washington, NC; Dortess Ann Harris and husband Ken of Washington, NC; Miriam Elizabeth "Libbie" Everette and husband Dale of Washington, NC; Stephen "Steve" Tracey Williams and wife Dara of Williamston, NC Tracy Ann Rushing and husband Danny of Gaston, SC; 15 grandchildren,18 great-grandchildren and long time family friend: Sherry Hinson. Mr. Williams was preceded in death by a son: Johnny Wayne Williams.
