Jimmy Ray Mayo died on Monday, July 15th, 2019, at the age of 54.
Per Jimmy's wishes, the family is holding a private memorial service.
Jimmy was born on September 30, 1964 and grew up in Greenville, NC. He loved anything that could go fast and could sell ice cream to a snowman. Jimmy always knew how to have a good time and deeply loved those close to him. His star burned quickly but brightly.
He is survived by his parents: Guy and Jeanette Mayo, his ex-wife: Terry Mayo, his daughters: Taylor Farrell, Alexa Burnett, and Gabby Mayo, and his sister Robbie Mayo.

    I first met Jimmy when we were 5 or 6 years old at my Grandparents' home in Grimesland. The. last time I saw him was about three weeks ago. He was the same person as always: fun spirited, eager to laugh and always with a generous and kind heart.
