Jasper " Buddy " Samuel Osborne
Jasper S. Osborne better known as "Buddy" was born May 20, 1951 and slipped silently away at Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington on Saturday, January 18, 2020 after a short illness.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Buddy was the son of the late Lloyd and Ruth Osborne. He was a honorably discharged Vietnam War era veteran having served from 1970 to 1973. Buddy was a boiler maker, construction worker all around handyman. He enjoyed playing pool, cards and visiting with friends and family. He will be greatly missed by his loving son.
He is survived by a son: Brent Shane Osborne of Washington, NC; two sisters: Faye Alligood and Shirley Jackson.
