James “Jimmy” Walter Craig, age 51, a resident of Chocowinity, NC passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at his home.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday February 8, 2023, at the Davis Cemetery, Grassy Ridge Rd, Pungo, NC.

The family will receive friends at the Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Home from 7:00pm until 9:00pm on Tuesday February 7, 2023.
Jimmy was born on April 2, 1971 to Ronald Lewis Craig and Linda Pearl Craig (Williams) in Beaufort County, NC.
He was a welder by trade but his true passions were hunting and fishing.

Jimmy is survived by his father: Ronald Lewis Craig Sr., daughter: Brittany Renee Swearengin, three grandchildren, brother: Ronald Lewis Craig Jr. (Lori), and one niece.

His mother Linda Craig preceded him in death.
