Charles was a true Patriot. His love for God and country knew no bounds. His passions in life included fishing, the beach, drag racing, piddling around the yard, his garden, his place at the river, and most importantly, his family, his friends, and his church. Charles was always the life of the party. He never met a stranger and was loved by everyone.
Charles is survived by his beloved wife, Donna. She was his rock, his support system, his everything. His love for her was profound. Charles is also survived by his adoring daughter, Jessica Parker Neal and her husband Trey who reside in Winterville, NC, his daughter Mary Cunningham Daniels, and her husband Jim who reside in Georgetown, TX, and his son, William Cody Cunningham, who resides in Washington, NC. While he loved his children with all his heart, each of his grandchildren were the light of his life.
