    Esther Rowe says:
Remembering when Cecil was a little boy and I was a young bride of his uncle Charlie. I was expecting my first baby Charlene, who was premature and passed away. Cecil was as excited about the baby as we were, and kept saying it would be "Charlie's boy." Turned out not to be a boy and we didn't get to keep her. She is buried at the cemetery where Cecil will be. I'm saddened by his passing at such a young age.
