Carolyn was also a gifted musician and played multiple instruments, including piano, violin, dulcimer, guitar, clarinet, and flute. She also enjoyed composing her own music and singing in the choir at the First Presbyterian Church of Washington. Her family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to the caregivers at River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Services, and at Vidant Beaufort Hospital for their kindness and care during Carolyn's stay at those facilities.
