Benjamin Franklin Reed, a beloved member of the community, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2023, in Washington, North Carolina, at the age of 81. Born on August 26, 1941, in Frederick, MD, Benjamin led a life filled with simple joys and quiet dedication.

On Saturday, August 26, 2023, a Celebration of Life Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Joseph B. Paul Jr. Funeral Service, followed by a reception to honor Benjamin's memory. This gathering will provide an opportunity for friends and loved ones to share stories, offer support to one another, and find solace in cherished memories.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Benjamin's memory to the charity of your choice.
