She was born in Beaufort County on May 17, 1984. Amanda was the light at any family event or gathering. She laughed, danced, joked, and always made a point to make sure everyone was smiling. She was so caring and knew no stranger. Amanda June was the first person to spark up a fun afternoon whether it was at the beach, on a boat, at the river, on a 4-wheeler, or coming up with fun activities inside. She was beautiful not only on the outside but her soul shined inside as well. Her life was committed and dedicated to her family, especially her children, making sure that they achieved their highest potential and they were supported and loved always. Even in the face of her own struggles she was always one to put others before herself. Her free-spirit and joyfulness will be missed dearly but we will cherish these memories with and of her close to our hearts. Pure love has no conditions or boundaries. It does not restrain itself or hold back. Love is a continuous flow without limits and has a sole intention of bringing people together in a time called forever. This is the kind of love that she had for her family, friends, and loved ones and that same love we share for her.
